ORDERING AND DELIVERY - IMPORTANT NOTES

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Deliveries are within Bacolod City only.
• All items, except Microgreens, are available for delivery or pick-up the following day between 1-6pm.
• Order cut-off time is 5pm. No deliveries on Sundays.
• Delivery or pick-up options are available and can be selected during check-out.
• Microgreens are on pre-order basis and are available 8 days after ordering.
• If you'd like to pick-up your Microgreens, please order them separately.
• Please always review the delivery or pick-up date of items ordered during checkout.
• If pick-up is not enabled during check-out, please send us a message via Messenger (Borromeo Farms or Healthy Greens) and we will refund the paid delivery fee and arrange for pick-up of order only.

PAYMENT

• Payments can be conveniently made through GCash or bank transfer, please select payment method during check-out.
• Send proof of payment (screenshot of deposit slip or confirmation receipt) via Messenger (Borromeo Farms). Please indicate the Order number when sending copy of proof of payment.
• Kindly settle your order before 5pm. Unpaid orders beyond the cut-off time will be cancelled.
• For orders with payments made after 5pm, delivery will be made on the next delivery day
• Borromeo Farms will confirm successful credited payments through email or SMS

DELIVERY

• Borromeo Farms will deliver your order or will book delivery via Grab Express or Maxim.
